Music Heard in AT&T Blooming Flowers Commercial: Daydreamin'
Had a few questions about the AT&T commercial where the phones are blooming like flowers. Doma asked:
"what is the song in the new at&t commercial where the phones look like they are blooming flowers?"
And "R" also asked:
"on the new At&t commercial, the one with the high-tech flowers...does anyone know what song that is and who sings it? im not sure if it is an At&T commercial (i think it is) where the song sounds a little older and says something about 'dreaming' there are men singing and a woman that sings over them...sounds a little like Chrisette Michelle?"
Claire had the answer:
"The song in the AT&T commercial with the flowers is Daydreamin' by Lupe Fiasco featuring Jill Scott."
As did Ariel:
"its by Lupe Fiasco and jill scott"
And Beth:
"The song where the phones look like they are blooming on the at&t commercial is by Lupe Fiasco featuring Jill Scott. It is called Daydreamin' on his album. Go to Lupe Fiasco's website. you can view the whole song and video!"
Ii is indeed "Daydreamin'" by Lupe Fiasco with Jill Scott
from the CD "Lupe Fiasco's Food & Liquor.

Music Heard in AT&T Go Phone Commercial: Love You Till the End of Time
I just caught the tail end of a new commercial for the AT&T Go Phone with Unlimited Texting or Talk (not sure) commercial (may not even be AT&T). It had a Dad and a son in the garage singing a song together. It srarted with the father singing, then the teenage boy starts and joins him singing "I'll love ya til the end of time, I love you till the end of time!"
Well, I knew I had to post about this song. In case you don't know it, the song is homage to "Paradise By The Dashboard Light" by Meat Loaf
, from the "Bat Out Of Hell" CD
. The song is really long, and has 3 main sections (Paradise/Let Me Sleep On It/Praying For the End Of Time), the last of which is featured in the commercial. Great song, great CD! And by the way, I am pretty sure that is Meat Loaf himself as the Dad singing in the commercial.
And for those who are looking for the "Kelly Moore" commercial, the one where the Dad is looking for his daughter at make-out point, yelling "KELLY MOORE!!" here it is! Click Read More to see it...

Music Heard in Dancing With The Stars: Carry You Home
Aw, poor Priscilla Presley. Got sent home this week on the ABC show Dancing Wiith the Stars. But at lease we got a muscial treat. This week ABC's guest music star was none other than James Blunt.
He sang "Carry You Home"
from his new CD "All The Lost Souls."
You may remember James Blunt's other hit, the highly over-played/annoying "You're Beautiful." ![]()
Now...who will be booted off next week?

Music Heard in Madonna Sunsilk Commercial: Life Can't Wait
There is a new Sunsilk commercial playing that features clips of Madonna, from some of her older videos, in very bright purple and green colors, while a great song is playing. Have you wondered what the song is? Geekzoid, from our foums, wonders:
Is there anybody who would know the song on the new commercial for Sunsilk Shampoo? It's a real bouncy, danceable song and the commercial is animated with psychedelic images like circles, a "Saturday Night Fever" guy and several of Madonna.
Hey Geekz, I can take this one for ya! The song is "4 Minutes" by Madonna featuring Justin Timberlake and Timbaland - downloadable at Amazon MP3 or iTunes
If you'd like the video, you can grab that at iTunes also.
By the way, this is the first single from Madonna's new CD "Hard Candy," due out on April 29th, 2008. Pre-order it at Amazon today.
There is another Sunsilk commercial, featuring Shakira, Madonna and Marylin Monroe (video below). That one features music from each of them, which are:
- "I wanna Be loved by you" (Amazon MP3)
- Marilyn Monroe, from the CD "Very Best Of"
- "Whenever Wherever" (Amazon MP3)
- Shakira, from the CD Laundry Service"

Bud had the answer:
The song with the 4 girls in the convertible and going to a merry go round is by America - Horse with No Name. ![]()
