Did anyone miss me?
I was blogless for about 2 days, but it seemed longer to me. I think I am truly a blogging addict.
I do most of my blog stuff during the day, when things are slow at work. Well a few days ago they changed my how we access the net. Now all web pages are logged and I really do not want my personal site, and the MoveableType entry page, showing up all day long.
So, untill I develop a way to post to a fake website that will write here, I will be posting less. For a while anyway. I am open to any suggestions or sneaky solutions!
But I will still post the Monday Mission as usual. Hey, I can't let "The Man" keep a brother down!

Doesn't Moveable Type have a hack where you can post to your blog via e-mail? Or am I thinking of some other blogware?
Shelagh has the same problem over at tripe writing.She has password protected her site.

Promo, ? My Name, Email & URL always show when I write these responses, but when I hit POST they don't go thru until I get a black & white screen telling me to enter the info agian?

Except all the info was there before... when it was a yellow screen with the Name, Email Address, URL and Comment boxes the first time. It's there ... I write the comments, I hit post, and pop the white and black Error Screen.
So I fill in my Email Address & URL again and hit post again and it goes thru...
Why? Why is your site the only one that gives me problems? Doesn't "Remember info" like it should? Any ideas I can pass on to the Techie in the house to have him work on it from my end?
There are third party programs that you can use to post to your blog. I know that there are a few fo mac... I've tried one, and it does the job for a simple blog post. Does anyone know of any other similar apps?

You can post via email with Blogger, but not, as far as I can see, with Moveable Type. MT says it has bookmarklets "which let you post from anywhere"; so this should mean you can post without having to go to the new entry screen, I think.
I was wondering where you were! b2 lets you email your posts. ;) I agree about the bookmarklets, as long as you have a browser open you can post! I have my home page set to blank, just for that reason. Glad you are back!!
