Forums, Shelleymas asked: Does anyone know who sings the song playing during the new JC Penny American Living commerical? I wish I could provide more detail but all I can really tell you is that the song has a male and female singing, the song is very folksy and americana. The commericial is a series of clips of people walking through the woods, hanging out is small towns, and gives a natural country summertime feel. I hope someone can help me:-) WildCatVixen shot back with the answer: It's a song called "Killing the Blues" by Robert Plant and Alison Krauss. Does anyone know the music from the JC Penney Commercial American Living, that shows some kids on a bed in what looks like a meadow or pasture?

Looking for the name of a song from an ad, four girls riding around in a car with the top down, sort of in a desert, they get out of the car and then go out to a merry go round that is sitting in the desert.
