She says to the man "You're right, we need a new TV." He brightens up and goes shopping for a new HD TV. Then the music starts "I Want It All, and I Want It Now!" Not that this is /directly/ related to your question (but who knows what details folk may be interested in regarding commercials) but I can point out that the actor in this Chase commercial is the same man who plays the "younger" of the two cranberry farmers in the Ocean Spray ads (where they stand in the bog wearing hip waders)
His name is Justin Hagan and he was in my choir in high school. Not too many notable items if you IMDb him, but perhaps he's destined for more prominent work now that he's getting some commercial exposure. :-)
