September 10, 2007Music Heard in Desperate Housewives Season Four Commercial: These ShoesDid you catch the newABC promo for the Desperate Housewives season four? In case you missed it, I put the video below. Wondering who sings the song? Thankfully ABC gives us the answer right in the commercial. The music is Jennifer Lopez and the song is "Mile in These Shoes." You can get it on the forthcoming J-Lo CD "Brave" due out October 9th, 2007. The clip was directed by David LaChapelle. Nice job! There is a pretty interesting controversy about "Mile in these Shoes" over at the J-Lo Forums. Seems that this song was originally recorded by Montana Tucker (MySpace). People seem to be arguing over whether J-Lo stole the song from Montana. However, Montana seems very excited to have Jennifer Lopez covering her song (blog post). Oh, and Montana is only 14.
