Men's Health is trying to motivate us fellas into getting in shape for 2006.
While I am nowhere near carrying a "spare tire," I aint gots no "six pack" either.
I am seriously considering taking the challenge. It would be so much easier if I had a buddy to join in, but I'll see if I can go it alone.
