Hit 'n' Run, 12/02/2004

Oooh-kayy, let's try this again. I had this week's all written up and *BAMPF* lost it in a split second due to a Blue Screen. When you hear a voice say "you should save now" take my advice - listen, always listen.

* Nike Women: December Workout Music - Looks like another good mix, so dowload and listen all you want. Not sure how often they change these things. Go to "Workout" then "Get Music."

You know, when I composed this 2 days ago, there were a lot more links. I just can't remember them anymore. Too frustrating to re-do when you've lost an entire post.

So, just one this time.
