July 22, 2002He puts the FUN in FUNERAL!OK, I've never understood Shriners. But this guy, takes the prize! (link via Robyn) I know they have a circus. And they are always in parades. I know they help children who can't afford artificial limbs, and help with their surgery costs. But what ELSE do they do? What goes on in their "temples?" How do you become one? Why are they all old men? What are they all men (this is begging for a lawsuit)? Why do they weird me out? Why do they seem to be in some sort of happy "cult?" I think there is more to the Shriners than we know, and it is all so secretive.
