No, it's not. Sushi grade fish is the best grade of fish you can get. And, although it's up to individual tastes, damned good too :)

Give it a shot...you won't regret it. Sushi is probably one of my favorite things food-wise. :D

Sushi isn't raw fish. Sushami is. Though I've never had the latter I have had the former and it isn't too bad.. a little not for my taste, it's the whole seaweed thing. Hard to chew. If you ever go out to try some, get a california roll. It's (imitation) crab meat, cucumber, and avacado. Then get an eel roll.. those are awesome.
