A.D.D.ing and Subtracting

About the ADD thing.

I think I may need to try the next stage of meds after all. I mean try it, not forever, but to see if it helps.

The last 2 meds didn't, and though I am hesitant to take Ritalin, I may.

I read things like this USA Today article (via mememachinego) and I think about what I do. And I realize I do things like that all the time. I need a break from it, the frustration I cause me and those around me it too much at times.

In the past 2 weeks I've missed 3 very important meetings or events due to my crazy, non-stop mind. Uuuuugh!

I know God provides healing and answers prayers, and could be the healing is in the form of medication. I will have to listen for His guidance. In the meantime, I make a LOT of notes. Now, if I could just remember where I put them....
