A court has ruled an advertisement showing a naked prison officer standing behind a giant badge should be allowed to be displayed.
The California Department Of Corrections wants the posters - displayed in prisons - banned. The union is fighting to keep them up.
San Francisco Superior Court says it will hear further arguments in July. The Don't Go Naked posters are designed to promote the union's work.
