Music Heard in Eli Stone: Faith

Well, I sure we all know this one, but I just couldn’t resist! If you caught the pilot (premiere) episode of Eli Stone, then you heard one song all through the show:

The song is, of course, “Faith” by George Michael from the CD “Faith.”

And of course, that really WAS Gorge Michale in the show singing. Very cool show, I plan to watch it next week. Do you?

“Good Monsters” by Jars of Clay opened the show. You can find it on the Jars of Clay CD called “Good Monsters.”

For example, at the start as we see Eli enjoy the finer things in life, we hear “Knock Yourself Out” by Jon Brion. You can find it on the soundtrack of “I Heart Huckabees.”

Also, very briefly we heard a few second of “Faith” that was not being sung by George Michael. This “cover” version was a tricky one to find, but I got it for you. This version of “Faith” was performed by “The Boy Least Likely To.” The song is not on their CD “Best Party Ever” but you can hear it on their website or MySpace. The video is below.

Also, the show ended with “Something To Believe In” by Aqualung from the CD “Memory Man.”
