Recently released Hacker Kevin Mitnick’s new book, “The Art of Deception,” is out, but it is missing Chapter One. Ironically, you can find the censored First Chapter online. Thanks to Wired I suggest that the best place to start your search would be at his Girlfriend’s website. Wired has another article on the genesis of the book you might enjoy.
And in reply to all those who have contacted me (and no one in particular)….yes, yes, a thousand times yes, the link to Xblogs.com is a joke! I am not a member of the site nor am I recommending it. It is naughty, verrrry naughty. Certainly no place for a Christian like me. (rolls eyes)
This is a blog, I post unusual things. Sheesh, if you don’t “get it” then bugger off. A Simply Red song comes to mind….
“If you don’t know me by now
You will never never never know me”
I thought all you gamers out there would get a kick out of this. Last night on NYPD Blue the Andy & Junior are interrogating a suspect who they think killed two call girls.
When they asked his whereabouts he said “I was online playing EverQuest, you can check my computer logs if you don’t believe me!”
Reminds me of an episode of ER a long time ago where “Quake” made a cameo appearance.
Oh, by the way, the nerd did turn out to be the perp. EverQuest was only held for questioning and was later released.
***This post is for Buffy fans, feel free to skip past it otherwise***
Holy crap! You know, last season I began watching Buffy as a goof. I’d never seen it before, and I never intended to really get into it. But something happened along the way. I really began to enjoy the show. I didn’t know any of the characters but due to lots of Net Friends I caught up. And as time went on, I just totally got into the show. So what started out as a lark became a weekly obsession. GoFigger! BID…
If you missed last night’s Buffy the Vampire Slayer, you may now begin kicking yourself.
