Making a connection to the Sept. 11 anniversary of the terrorist attacks, Tupperware said in a statement, “Eager to use its resources to contribute to the greater good, Tupperware, the world’s largest direct-selling company, plans to mobilize it’s sales force of more than 1 million consultants worldwide to unite the world in friendship and charity…” Global Party Day is to be a “continuous stream of
Tupperware parties” that will “follow the sun around the globe,” the company states.
